This course introduces persons to solar powered electricity (Photovoltaics - how light creates electricity). Upon completion of training students are eligible to take the Entry Level Exam (NABCEP) which certifies their understanding of the entry level learning objectives. This course is required in order to become a NABCEP Certified installer after the proper credentials
are obtained through additional field experience and advanced training.
