Excel is the most used spreadsheet and analysis application today. This course introduces basic Excel 2007/2010 features such as entering various types of data, working with formulas and functions, and creating simple charts. Formatting a worksheet, importing data, and exploring Excel templates are also covered. Although this workshop is intended for the spreadsheet novice, participants with some previous spreadsheet experience will also gain a better understanding and learn some new shortcuts to increase their efficiency in using Excel. Attendees will learn about the toolbars and gain in depth information about the pull down menus. Target: New Excel Users
