Vendors that cancel their reservation prior to March 20. 2023 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after March 20, 2023.
Deadline for submission of advertisement is March 20, 2023.
If your company is a registered vendor with Auburn University, you are not required to submit a Vendor Agreement Form and Certificate of Insurance. However, all vendors that are not registered with Auburn University will be required to complete the Vendor/Exhibitor/Third Party Entity Agreement Form and provide a Certificate of Insurance to Outreach Global on or before March 20, 2023.
