Cancellation Policy

Vendors who cancel their vendor reservation prior to April 1, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after April 1, 2024.
Deadline for submission of advertisement is April 1, 2024.
Vendors that do not already have an Opelika Business License will need to register with the City of Opelika and pay a $39 event license fee. Contact Olivia Houlden (oph0007@auburn.edu) for more details on this process.
