Artisan Bread Clinic

Fee: $25 Collected at registration and paid directly to the instructor for supplies.
Participants will prepare Sicilian focaccia, French fougasse, and easy no-knead breads. Each participant will make one pan of focaccia and one leaf-shaped fougasse with Kalamata olives and fresh rosemary to take home. The class will also bake a no-knead bread that has proofed overnight. Recipes for several no-knead breads will be provided.
About the Instructor:
Suzanne Becknell has been an artisan baker and private chef in Georgia since 2019.
