The Long and Winding Road of the Beatles

Take a chronological journey through the music and cultural impact of the Beatles, widely regarded as one of the most influential bands of all time. This course explores their albums from 1963 to 1970, highlighting key songs alongside the cultural, technological, and musical innovations that defined each era. Through guided discussion and multimedia presentation, participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the Beatles shaped modern music and continue to influence generations.

About the Instructors:

Peter Stanwick is a retired Auburn University faculty member who taught in the Harbert College of Business for 31 years and served as a DJ for Auburn’s campus radio station WEGL for over 20 years.

Roger Feiertag brings nearly four decades of industry experience with companies including Caterpillar and has led numerous training sessions in logistics, safety, and operations. He is also a lifelong Beatles fan.
