Pasta Clinic: Ravioli with Ricotta, Spinach, and Lemon

Fee: $25 Collected at registration
Participants will learn to prepare and cook homemade ravioli filled with ricotta, spinach, and lemon. Instruction will cover dough preparation, filling, shaping, and cooking techniques. The class will conclude with a shared meal including a vinaigrette salad, homemade rolls, and tiramisu.
