This interactive workshop explores leadership theory, motivation, and behavior through a mix of discussion, case studies, and group exercises. Participants will examine leadership styles and decision-making approaches, analyze examples from real-world settings, and reflect on their own leadership experiences. Drawing on insights from both research and practice, the class will emphasize collaboration, critical thinking, and personal growth within a supportive learning environment.
About the Instructor:
With a passion for development and growth, Dotan Shvorin brings a wonderful experience, both personally and professionally, to the OLLI program. He holds several academic degrees in different fields and has professional experience in the military, high-tech, healthcare, and is a business owner and investor. Shvorin engaged in Leadership development programs in various domains and aims to establish clarity for potential fulfillment among partnerships, collaboration, and as a means for continuous improvement. Shvorin lives in Auburn with his wife, their two kids, and their wonderful puppy.
