Cancellation Policy
Vendors who cancel their vendor reservation prior to March 17, 2025 will be refunded 50% of the total booth fee. No refunds are available after March 17, 2025. Deadline for submission of advertisement is March 17, 2025.

Acknowledgement of Requirements
By registering, you acknowledge that you understand the required vendor documents necessary to vendor at the 2025 Global Community Day Festival. All vendors (unless granted special permissions) must provide a Certificate of Insurance with Auburn University, its Board of Trustees, Administrators, Faculty, Staff and Agents listed as additional insureds on the policy.
