Taught by expert Graduate Brewing Faculty at Auburn University, this course will cover material excerpted from the Graduate Certificate Brewing Science & Operations program for professional brewers. Gain a detailed overview of the history, styles, brewing processes, evaluation practices, and food pairings for beer, and learn about craft and mass produced beers the world over. Discover the most important aspects of brewing and beer appreciation and start brewing your own fine beers with confidence. Included are hands-on sessions in the brewing science lab and the opportunity to be guided through a brewing session to make a batch of your choosing.
