NEW PROCEDURE: To enroll, payment must be received by the Winter 2017 General Membership meeting on January 18. Registration for culinary courses is limited to online and postal mail. Phone registrations cannot be accepted for culinary courses.

Respected culinary expert Ursula Higgins presents a series of cooking classes. Each week features two hands-on classes with the same menu. Students will eat their culinary creations. If you have dietary restrictions, contact Ursula at 334.521.7873. If a student registers for a culinary course and then is unable to attend, he/she is responsible for finding an OLLI academic member to fill this opening.

Ursula Higgins is a retired restaurateur and professional caterer who pioneered good food and fine dining in the Auburn/Opelika area. She is chair of the OLLI at Auburn Social Committee.
