Cancellation: Until the end of the Early Registration period, a withdrawing registrant will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 5%. From the beginning of the Regular Registration period until August 16, 2024 a withdrawing registrant will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of 10%. No refunds will be available after August 16, 2024.
