As the parent or guardian, I consent to my child volunteering at Korea Corner, assisting with events, education, and cultural programs. My child agrees to responsibly fulfill their duties and notify Korea Corner in advance if they are unable to attend. I understand that my child’s personal information will be used for scheduling, emergency contact, and volunteer verification purposes.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my child’s safety and will not hold Korea Corner liable for any injuries, except in cases of misconduct or gross negligence. I grant permission for my child to volunteer and accept the associated risks.

Additionally, I consent to the use of photos and videos taken during my child’s volunteer activities for promotional purposes related to Korea Corner’s programs.
