*Cancellations MUST be made in writing and received by August 4, 2025. Cancellations receiving refunds will be assessed a $50.00 administrative fee. Substitute attendees will be allowed in lieu of cancellations, Cancellations after 8/4/2025 are non-refundable.
**Student Registration: To qualify for student registration, you must meet the conference FULL-TIME status requirements. The requirements include being enrolled as a full-time student during the calendar year 2025, submitting a digital copy/screenshot of your student ID card, and the full-time status confirmation form signed by your major professor/academic advisor must be sent with your conference registration form. Those not providing proper documentation will be required to pay the full, professional registration rate and will not be allowed to participate in the student oral and poster competitions. Judges for Student Competitions
Can you serve as a judge for the student poster competition during the Poster Session & Social at the Perdido Beach Resort on Thursday, September 4th from 5:30-7:30? This is an approximately 60-minute commitment where you will be paired with 1-2 other judges to evaluate 3 to 4 student posters. Note: you cannot serve as a judge if you are a student. You will be contacted by email with more details.

In 2025, the ALWRC will offer 4 levels of sponsorship:

Platinum* - $2,000+ - includes your company name/logo on the printed agenda, the registration desk sponsor poster, during session break slideshows, and 2 full registrations.
Gold* - $1,500 – includes your company name/logo on the printed agenda, the registration desk sponsor poster, during session break slideshows, and 1 full registration.
Silver - $1,000 - includes your company name/logo on the printed agenda, the registration desk sponsor poster, and during session break slideshows.
Bronze - $750 – includes your company name/logo on the printed agenda and registration desk sponsor poster.

Important information for Sponsors:

*Platinum and Gold sponsors are eligible for an Exhibitor table. Space is limited, 15 spots available.
Registration is not included with either the Silver or Bronze level sponsorship.
If you are a Bronze or Silver Sponsor AND would like to register an attendee:
1. Fill out the registration form and select the desired sponsorship level.
2. Pay for sponsorship and submit.
3. Return to a new registration form and fill out registration for the attendee.
