Sponsorship Levels:

We are pleased to offer a range of sponsorship levels designed to meet your organization’s goals and budget. For the 2026 ALWRC, three Signature Sponsorship Levels and four Standard Sponsorship Levels are available:

Signature Sponsorship Levels:

Seafood Social Sponsor - $10,000 – includes three complimentary registrations, one 6-ft exhibitor table, branded cups at the Seafood Social, 18x24” acknowledgement board at the Seafood Social, 8.5x11” signage at the social bar locations, and your company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, and registration desk poster.
Poster Bar Sponsor - $8,000 – includes three complimentary registrations, one 6-ft exhibitor table, 18x24” acknowledgement board at the Poster Session, 8.5x11” bar signage, and your company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, and registration desk poster.
Coffee Break Sponsor - $1,500 – includes logo featured in the Coffee Break section of the conference agenda, company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, digital ballroom signs during coffee breaks, and registration desk poster.

Standard Sponsorship Levels:

Diamond Sponsor - $5,000 – includes three complimentary registrations, one 6-ft exhibitor table, and your company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, digital ballroom signs, and registration desk poster.
Platinum Sponsor - $3,000 – includes two complimentary registrations, one 6-ft exhibitor table, and your company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, digital ballroom signs, and registration desk poster.
Gold Sponsor - $2,000 – includes one complimentary registration and your company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, digital ballroom signs, and registration desk poster.
Silver Sponsor - $1,000 – includes company logo featured on the ALWRC website, agenda, newsletters, digital ballroom signs, and registration desk poster.

Instructions on how to register your attendees for the conference:

For any sponsorship that receives complimentary registration as part of their level benefit, please visit the Attendee Registration Link (The attendee registration link will be shared with you by the ALWR team once available) and use the coupon code (The coupon code will also be shared with you by the ALWR team once available). For those that receive more than one complimentary registration, please be aware each registrant will need to be registered separately.
