Alabama Basic Mapping focuses on the need for developing accurate maps and how to maintain them. Mapping office management, map legends, aerial photography and the process of map development and maintenance are covered. Attention is given to the property ownership card, proper inking and necessary equipment. Contacts with the public and common problems are also discussed. This class meets Wednesday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM; and Friday, 8:30 AM-1:00 PM.

Lee County Training Facility
This facility has plenty of parking on the sides of the building and in the back of the building. Do not park in the cleaners parking lot next door or in the alley behind the cleaners. For further parking, check across the street at the Lee County Courthouse.Joseph Brewer
