This course provides knowledge on the legal impact of the Alabama legislative process, Department of Revenue and other authorities on the licensing of motor vehicles and collection processes for ad valorem tax of motor vehicles, as well as licensing and registration requirements for motor vehicles. Also addressed are the minimm standards as established by the Examiners of Public Accounts.
Prerequisite of two courses: Introduction to License Administration (or the former; Introduction to Licensing Processes)
