Watercolor Crash Course!

A few years ago, she responded to the challenge of creating a four-hour class for people who are interested in watercolor, want a watercolor experience without making a big investment in time and materials. The result is an abbreviated introductory watercolor class, using traditional methods of art instruction. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and experimentation while you learn the fundamentals of the medium. You will learn at least three methods of paint application; all basic techniques every watercolorist uses in every painting they do. You will also learn how to mix yellow, red and blue (primary colors) to make all the colors you need for the subject you’re painting. This simple concept guarantees color harmony in your paintings and introduces you to color theory; how to mix it and how to use it.
