This course is designed to develop and enhance the supervisory skills necessary to manage public organizations in today's environment. Participants will be introduced to functions of management, the role and responsibilities of supervisors, leadership and motivation, dealing with employee complaints and grievances, evaluating personnel, and the management of time. The course will benefit both the new and experienced supervisor. Anyone working in a Property Tax Office may take this course, though for Support Staff it is recommended for those working towards Support Staff Level Two certification.
