This annual in-person CE training seminar is for tax professionals seeking information on new tax laws, current tax laws in effect, and ethics. This course includes instruction by a qualified tax instructors in the field of taxation law and ethics. The course attendees each receive the annually updated 'National Income Tax Workbook' from the Land Grant University Tax Education Foundation. Accreditation for CPAs, EAs, CFPs, attorneys, and all tax practitioners.

Food service- Beverage service only all day to include coffee, bottled water, hot tea, and soda. Lunch is on your own each day.
Books- Each registrant will receive a downloadable copy of the National Income Tax Workbook. You can purchase a hard cover book for $55.00. Pre-ordered books will be distributed at the registration table.
Parking – Parking is available at The Venue at Coosa Landing.
Attire - Casual dress is quite appropriate, but classrooms are normally cold. We advise to bring a light sweater or jacket to class.
Refund Policy-Cancellation requests, made in writing, 10 days prior to the start of the program will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests, made in writing, less than 10 days prior to the start of the program will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be made for NO SHOW participants.
Requests to transfer your registration to another person or another seminar site will be accommodated, when possible, for an additional $25.00 fee.

Chris Bird, EA, CFP
Chris Bird has been in the financial business for over 30 years. He started his career with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. Chris was a Senior IRS agent for 16 years. He began conducting courses after leaving the IRS and started his own company, Chris Bird Seminars, Inc. Chris went on to conduct over 125 seminars a year on accounting, financial planning, wealth building, residential rental property ownership, and tax strategies for the real estate and financial industries nationwide. He has presented his widely acclaimed courses multiple times at NAR conventions and most recently presented at Howard Brinton’s StarPower™ Conference. Chris was an adjunct instructor at the University of Illinois in tax law for over 20 years. He is a Senior CRS Instructor and a Senior Faculty Instructor for the Realtors Land Institute. And he also teaches at all the Illinois tax seminars currently using the National Income Tax Workbook also used in the Auburn University programs.
