The world is indeed a global village and one of the best ways to navigate globalization is through food. Learn Ghanaian, West African dishes to keep the love and unity among us! This class exposes participants to various Ghanaian and other international cuisines that have parallels to southern foods. Stories behind ingredients and recipes will be presented alongside the cooking lessons. Ghanaian food is delicious, nutritious, healthy and easy to prepare. So, be open minded and bring your large plastic storage container to take home your prepared Ghanaian food. See you there!
