Introduction to Calligraphy is a beginner course where students will explore the artistic expression of learn brush stroke and copperplate calligraphy. In this course, students will learn how to hold a calligraphy brush pen and quill pen, the difference between cursive and calligraphy, and how to create beautiful pieces utilizing the alphabet. Historical techniques and international styles will also be discussed.
