Licensing Administration and Registration

This course provides knowledge on the legal impact of the Alabama legislative process, Department of Revenue and other authorities on the licensing of motor vehicles and collection processes for ad valorem tax of motor vehuicles, as well as licensing and registration requirements for motor vehicles. Also addressed are tthe minimm standards as established by the Examiners of Public Accounts. Prerequisite of two courses:  Introduction to License Administration OR Introduction to Licensing Processes AND Titles.

NOTE: There are two course pre-requisites required in order to take this class: Introduction to License Administration (OR Introduction to Licensing Processes) AND Titles. If you have not taken BOTH of these courses, please call our office within 5 business days to cancel without penalty. Ask to speak with the Registrar. This class will begin Wednesday, September 28 at 8:30 AM and conclude on Friday, September 30 at 1:00 PM in Montgomery. Print the attachment for course details, venue address and hotel room block information. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Your registration is CONFIRMED, and payment is requested before the course start date unless you make prior arrangements. Payment can be made by credit card by calling our office, or invoices will be sent. Written or email cancellations received 15 working days prior to the beginning of the class (on or before September 7) will be honored with a partial refund of the registration fee, less an assessed administrative fee ($50). Late cancellations or non-attendance are non-refundable, and payment is expected in full. Substitutions can be made at any time.
