An attribute of success is the feeling of confidence. Confidence when you know you have a body of knowledge to make correct decisions administering property assessments. This workshop is designed to sharpen and increase your knowledge of maintaining an assessment database. The workshop’s objective is to instill confidence in decision-making involving the administration of a county’s most important resource, its assessment database. Through lectures, discussions, and practical applications, we will explain the protocols and legal instruments related to real property assessment.
