This course will cover trends in and the use of data, information and technology in economic development. Speakers will discuss artificial intelligence and virtual reality, marketing and site visits. Participants will learn about relevant sources of economic data and where to find that data and they will hear about best practices from professionals across Alabama. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their own experiences and hear from their peers in the economic development community.
