This course is designed for property tax personnel to increase their understanding of how real and personal property is valued according to the Alabama Real and Personal Property Appraisal Manuals.
NOTE: This course is for support staff and elected officials only. Alabama Certified Appraisers (Real and Personal) and Alabama Certified Mappers will not receive credit toward recertification from this course in accordance with Policy Number 0310.
