Alabama Real Property Appraisal Manual

This course focuses on the Alabama Appraisal Manual for measuring and listing residential and commercial improvements. Participants will determine property values by combining land valuation with improvement values by hand calculating the Alabama Property Record Card.

NOTE: The dates have changed from originally advertised. Thank you for registering for "Alabama Real Property Appraisal Manual" on November 14-18, 2022. NOTE: This class is being held in a PHYSICAL IN CLASSROOM FORMAT ONLY. This class will begin Monday, Nov. 14th at 8:30 AM and conclude on Friday, Nov. 18th at 12:00 Noon at the LEE COUNTY TRAINING FACILITY, 205 S. 10th Street Opelika, AL 36801. There is plenty of parking available at this facility in the front and on the sides and in the back. If there is not any parking, participants can park at the EMA Building. Please refer to the attachments for additional course and hotel information, including a list of supplies you will need to bring to class. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Provided that space is available, receipt of the registration form constitutes registration. NOTE: The University will not refund for check payments unless the agency is a registered vendor of the University. Written cancellations, received fifteen (15) working days (on or before Oct 24th) prior to the beginning of the program will be honored with a partial refund (credit card only) of the registration, less a $50 administration fee. Due to commitments to instructors and meeting facilities, late cancellations or non-attendance will not be refunded or transferred to escrow. Substitutions for registered participants can be made at any time.
